Influential Women of Los Angeles

Roxanne Faire didn’t intend to become a leader in the aesthetics industry, but when she was given an invitation to try Botox in 2005 she got hooked by its transformation and went on to help create LA’s first nationally recognized medical spa. Over the last two decades, she’s built 17 different medspa locations, and in 2019, she opened Aesthetics on Highland as a way to finally lead with her own philosophy on beauty.

“I spent years of my life getting too much filler in my face, and after going through some major personal challenges, I realized I didn’t even look like myself anymore,” she says. “I took out all of my face filler and started investing in natural solutions that built my skin back up. Today, this is the same approach I use for my patients.”

Although she knew that her natural-first approach would be a slower way to grow her business, Roxanne refused to compromise on what she knew to be true: People are naturally beautiful, she says. And too often, we compromise that beauty due to peer pressure and outside definitions of beauty.

“We offer treatment plans and build relationships because we want our patients to look and feel their best,” she says. “We believe in the power of regenerative medicine. This is why we’ve become the biggest provider of natural solutions like Morpheus8. It’s our starting point for almost every patient, and we’ve done over 5,000 treatments in four years.”
